THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES As an Analyst in our Strategic Planning and Transformation organization, you will be focused on participating in the Latin America (LATAM) Divestiture program. Participating in this program will give a unique experience to participate in a large company divestiture. Our team in IT works directly with our full Strategic Planning and Transformation organization, as well as many business departments within Lumen and with our LATAM partners. - Participate in data migration discussions for the program covering systems from Sales to Operations - Share responsibilities with the Data Migration project manager, program Solution Train Engineer and Migration Leads to provide status on the Migration Extract area and grow to provide the readouts - For assigned tasks establish relationships and partner with system experts to ensure migration methods and documentation are being followed - Establish relationships with the LATAM partners to ensure that data and documentation being provided is well understood. - Partner with extract leads on methodology, code mapping and staging responsibilities - Participate in overall project meetings as appropriate to gain knowledge of the larger project and how this work fits and supports. - Weekly, participate in sessions with various workstream leads to have exposure to plans and processes being made for the future LATAM partners - Gain knowledge on resourcing plans and budgets. - Gain knowledge on Transition Services WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A CANDIDATE - Enrolled at a 4year accredited college or university, rising senior or masters level education status at the start of the internship, graduating August 2022 May 2023. - Education/Degree: In pursuit of degree in Business, CIS, CS or a related technical degree field is preferred. - Position will be in Broomfield or Littleton, CO or Remote PROFICIENCY AND UNDERSTANDING OF. - Basis SQL - Database - Project management concepts PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES - Strong drive for results and taking initiative - Ability to be resourceful and adaptable - Attention to detail - Strong organizational skills - Ability to collaborate and be agile - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to interact with business partners and drive the conversation. - Flexible and adapts well to change - US work authorization WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT After completion and submission of your application, you will be asked to participate in a virtual video interview.
