ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Read work orders and Batch cards to determine production specifications and information.

* Precision Weigh Up of liquids, adhesives, and other conductive chemicals.

* Perform Mixing operation to batch card requirements.

* Dispense material into proper containers.

* Print and label required product and complete basic packaging

* Record production information using Day by Hour.

* Perform Quality checks as needed to maintain a clean and safe work area. Sustain Safety and 5S program.

* Other job duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES:

* US Citizenship or Permanent US Resident Status required.

* High school diploma or required.

* Minimum of 2 years of Manufacturing experience or batch making.

* Must have knowledge of weights and be able to use a scale as well as math skills.

* Must be able to work in a fast-paced department and be able to multi-task.
