This position will be hybrid based out of either our Waltham, MA or Lake Worth, FL office: Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Periodic travel 3-4x/year travel to another office location may be required. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization for this role.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking to hire a motivated HR Coordinator to provide operational support to the People Team and work collaboratively to oversee and perform daily human resource functions. This role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing excellent internal employee support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Your impact:

  • Deliver an excellent people experience surrounding HR process optimization, services, retention, and employee programs
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of HR databases and electronic filing systems
  • HRIS Administration including data entry and basic reporting as well as providing guidance to employees on effective use of the HRIS
  • Own HR ticketing system in JIRA
  • Customer Service and Responsiveness - Respond to inquiries (internal and external) within 24 hours
  • Process employee changes, transfers, and terminations
  • Complete administrative duties for HR department, as needed
  • Quality of Work - Double check work produced to ensure accuracy, thoroughness, and completeness
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases to ensure Act as a liaison between employees and HR functions, including benefits and payroll
  • Generate basic HR reports and censuses
  • Confidentiality - Ensure all documents and conversations where sensitive information is involved is protected and secured at all times
  • Support HR initiatives such as, annual open enrollment and performance management process and procedures
  • Support regular audits of HR files and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to policies
  • Conduct adhoc HR projects and reports
  • Continuous Improvement - Consistently seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our work and services provided

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related degree, or relevant work experience
  • Strong initiative, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently
  • Solid organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Relentless drive to improve efficiency for the team and all stakeholders
  • Flexible working style including ability to prioritize and adapt as unexpected projects arise
  • Possess highly effective oral and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • Intermediate Excel experience preferred
  • Ability to be proactive, ask tough questions and think outside of the box
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork and Collaboration - Demonstrating effective working relationships and communications with coworkers and colleagues
