PUMA North America reporting and Financial Planning consolidation:
Create and run consolidated HFM reports on an ad-hoc basis and monthly
Support in the preparation of the Finance department presentations (Monthly business reviews, Budget presentations, Ad hoc analysis)
Financial controlling of PUMA's Joint Venture with United Legwear:
Prepare operational sales and margin reporting; analyze trends vs. budget figures and deviation vs. prior year results
Review month-end financial reports from the Joint Ventures and prepare submission in HFM
Provide insight on financial results to Global Finance team for monthly reporting
Prepare consolidated financial reports and assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly financial presentations
Partner with Joint Venture colleagues in creating annual budgets and forecasts
Ad hoc internal control assignments and formalization of procedures
Support in the preparation for external audit (coordination of communication with external auditors and support in the preparation of the documentation)
Represent the brand and utilize the PUMA Brand Values (Brave, Confident, Determined and Joyful) in all decisions, actions, processes and practices
YOUR TALENT
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
2 years of experience in a Big Four Accounting Firm
Strong analytical and data organizational skills required
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of Management, subsidiaries and Parent Company
Detail-oriented working style and high accuracy in preparing budget reports while adhering to set deadlines
Advanced Excel skills required and HFM knowledge
Team player attitude is critical
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
Confidential approach to sensitive information
Some travel required
