ServiceNow Platform and Systems Administrator, Senior

As a ServiceNow Platform and Systems Administrator, you can resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment. This role is more than just coding. As a ServiceNow Platform and Systems Administrator at Booz Allen, you'll use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You'll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You'll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with software design and development
  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform administration, self-hosted installations, ongoing operations, and maintenance of the environment
  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods
  • Experience working with Web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS
  • Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow systems administration and support
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator Certification
  • Ability to obtain a Security+ CE Certification within 30 days of start

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with requirements management, and JIRA or RTM platforms
  • Experience with LDAP Integration and Web Service Integration, including API Web Services
  • Experience with ServiceNow Development APIs and Single Sign-on configuration and administration
  • Experience with coordinating between cross-functional teams
  • Experience with AWS
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, SecOps, or HR modules
  • Bachelor's degree
  • ITIL v3 Foundations or ServiceNow Certification, including Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator, or Certified Implementation Specialist
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
