Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence, division is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition.

Description: The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for formulating the strategy for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This involves collaborating with business leaders and the Human Resources department to construct a holistic TA plan tailored to the needs of the business. The plan encompasses workforce planning, initiatives targeting early-career professionals, and the establishment of a robust talent pipeline. In this capacity, the director will guide a team of full-cycle Talent Acquisition professionals to secure high-caliber talent, all while prioritizing an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. In addition, this role is responsible for ensuring OFCCP compliance for all TA activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the business to understand workforce needs then create and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Work with HR Business Partners and leadership to develop targeted recruiting campaigns for critical roles and report on progress on a regular basis.
  • Implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent.
  • Develop and maintain Talent Acquisition data and metrics to determine effectiveness of the function and communicate results through monthly reviews.
  • Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to improve overall performance including reducing time to fill and cost per hire and increasing quality of hire.
  • Leverage social media and other channels to showcase the company culture and attract top talent.
Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead a team of professional Talent Partners and focus on their development.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
OFCCP Compliance:
  • Utilizing subject matter expertise, develop, review, and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations.
  • Provide training to HR staff, hiring managers, and other relevant personnel on OFCCP compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records related to hiring processes, applicant tracking, and affirmative action plans and ensure documentation is readily available for internal and external audits.
  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Partners to ensure hiring practices comply with OFCCP regulations.
  • Provide guidance on job postings, outreach efforts, and selection procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 10+ years related experience in sales and technology recruitment and staffing coupled with 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various positions, preference with experience recruiting in the technology industry.
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement in talent processes and programs.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies, preference using SuccessFactors.
  • Proven track record of developing highly efficient Talent Acquisition processes that deliver the highest quality candidates in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, reporting and metrics.
