CMM Quality Inspector/Programmer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating CMM programs independently.
• Inspect parts on CMM and manual inspection on surface plate to assure compliance to both customer and internal drawings
• NCMR documentation and CA
• Create and implement inspection plans for incoming and production
• Prepare FAI reports IAW AS9102

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• 7 years' experience in manufacturing
• 5 years' experience in CMM programming

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Office and the internet.
• Proficient with surface plate technology, shop math, and mechanical inspection instruments, and blueprints.
• Extensive knowledge of GD&T
• Experience with PC-DMIS is desired
• Basic knowledge of AS9102 requirements
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements
