Creates and updates a wide variety of marketing collateral including print ads, direct mail, brochures, annual report, digital assets, and both internal and external websites. Provides creative input on marketing campaigns, working with both internal and external resources to ensure material is on time, on budget and on brand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and directly contribute to/participate in day to day Marketing tasks and deliverables
• Partner with SVP/CMO & FVP Marketing Director to determine best utilization of in-house capabilities and external resources for creative projects
• Create and update marketing collateral including print ads, direct mail, brochures, annual report, digital assets, intranet, website, digital marketing and ATM screens, all NB digital products (online banking, mobile banking, online account opening for bank products, etc.) Create all NB card designs and supporting collateral material
• Supervise external creative vendors as needed
• Coordinate production of content which cannot be produced in-house (for example, video, TV or more complex campaigns)
• Write copy as needed for marketing collateral including digital, social and print
• Project management for Marketing sponsored programs, enhancements and campaigns
• Build campaigns to increase core deposits and loan volume, deepen customer relationships, and attract new customers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Successful creation and timely deployment of marketing programs with specific goals and metrics to monitor their achievement
• Must be familiar with financial institution operations and procedures, products and services, and the production of marketing materials
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have working knowledge of Truth in Savings, Truth in Lending, UDAAP, and CANSPAM regulations as they pertain to marketing, communications and graphic design.
• Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
• Ability to write copy, provide graphic design, and engage in social media/public relations activities
• Develop targeted direct marketing activities and measure results
• Assist in the creation of written customer communications
• Collaborate with division heads to achieve sales goals
• Ability to think creatively about ways to achieve Needham Bank's corporate objectives

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 4 years of financial services marketing experience including the creation of marketing material
• Experience with design/creative software
