Job Description
We are currently seeking a Sustainability Solutions Lead to support our end-to-end sustainability solutions and related revenue growth for the business. Candidate must reside in the Northeast / East Coast.

You will be directly responsible for supporting the growth of our Sustainability Services Practice through client interactions, solutioning of our sustainability capabilities within client RFP's, supporting our sales teams with SME in presales, strategic business development and sales activities, internal and external thought leadership discussions, and more. You will be expected to support the team's annual revenue targets. You will be fully immersed in our team of experts delivering ESG strategy assignments for Fortune 500 clients around the globe so that you understand every step of our process and how we respond to our clients holistic ESG needs.

Sharing expertise- Serve as a recognizable industry resource, become an active member of regional and nationalsustainability communities, participate in relevant organization events serving as a valuable contributor

Being a sustainability expert- Provide subject matter expertise forclient sustainability needs, demonstrateunderstanding of emerging trends for both occupiers and investors. This includes an evolving list of focus areasincluding net zero, ESG disclosures and strategy development. Participate in industry forums as a thought leaderand expert.

Maintaining optimal client relationships- Lead and manage client initiatives to secure, strengthen, develop, andenhance client relationships providing advisory role around sustainability

Provide presales support- Assist the Sales team with presales activities to ensure differentiation of our solutions to attract and retain keyclients, position the business favorably against industry competitors to drive strong brand awareness and valueproposition in the market

Develop Sales Opportunities -Proactively pursue growth opportunities with JLL Account and Sales teams. Support RFPresponses, solution definition, development of pricing, sales enablement, and marketing content to encourage faster lead qualification and conversion.May own specific opportunities and be responsible for Sales Opportunities in Salesforce while partnering with Client Growth Account Sales Executives.

Improving growth strategy- Develop growth strategies and process improvement opportunities by working closelywith the full sustainability team and collaborating with Sales team to develop GTM strategies for all sustainability products. Drive awareness and uptake internally and externally onSustainability Services strategies, plans, campaigns, and product launches, interface & collaborate with sustainabilityservice delivery teams (Sustainability Consulting, Sustainable Operations and Sustainable Infrastructure)to createwinning product & service strategies that deliverhigh valuecustomer outcomes, strong customer satisfaction, repeatbusiness, and strong financial results.

Sales Data Management- Maintain accurate sales pipeline (via Salesforce). Ensure opportunities are represented and reported correctly across sustainability products.

Right-sizing sustainability solutions- Use feedback from client and business line engagement, identify newsustainability solutions and collaborate with internal JLL teams including Product, Sales, Work Dynamics, PropertyManagement, FacilitiesManagement,Projects& Development Services, Leasing, Valuations, and Advisory

Being a team player- Coordinate with and support team marketing efforts including proposal development.Support the team through team recruitment and retention; make a significant contribution to the management ofthe business. Inspire the team by acting as a role model and mentor, support skills and learning development

Embodying JLL ethics- Understand the organizations behavioral, moral, ethical and compliance standards andrequirements, adhere to and demonstrate highest regard in all situations when interacting with customers, clients,and colleagues.

10+ years of progressive business development and/or consulting experience in Sustainability/ESG.
Ability to excel in a highly matrixed corporate environment and manage multiple stakeholder environmentssuccessfully.
Bachelor's degree preferred in an engineering or business-related field of study, or equivalent workexperience
Travel required based on businessneeds
