Here at Entegris, we use advanced science to enable technologies that transform the world, and we are seeking employees who have the drive to continue that mission.WORK LOCATION: Bedford, MACore Purpose:The Rockrimmon project plays a critical role in Entegris' strategy to enhance capacity and meet growing customer demands. This position will primarily be supporting project quality readiness under the guidance of the quality lead. The primary responsibility involves developing a comprehensive quality plan and roadmap for the new production line. There is an immediate need to implement quality measures, including the structuring of documentation, data systems, equipment IQ/OQ/PQ plans, and obtaining ISO certifications. The role will also support elements of the Equipment team readiness, including support of design, fabrication, testing, and overall management efforts. This will include document management, vendor coordination, design follow-ups, and budget and schedule management. The role will actively contribute to all these crucial activities.In this role, you will:*Develop, edit, and modify the Rockrimmon document matrix/checklist, identifying any documents that require revision or creation in the new plant. Establish and release a timeline to align with project milestones.*Collaborate with the project engineering development team to monitor all copy smart design changes and pinpoint documents associated with these changes.*Provide support for implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) and contribute to developing new flow charts. Focused on changed/improved KPIVs and KPOVs.*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate data structures in SPC, SAP, and ETQ for the new plant.*Support equipment FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ and metrology studies.*Support PID reviews and revision control *Coordinate with cross-functional teams planning for construction move-in schedule.*Support schedule management, communication, and alignment across departments.*Proactively identify risks and produce mitigations.You're a good fit if you have:*Demonstrate a strong interest in quality engineering and management.*Hold prior industrial internship experience, with a preference for the semiconductor industry.*Have completed courses in engineering specialties, database programming, data management, and analysis preferred.*Display self-motivation and a strong willingness to learn. Being creative and always look for better solutions.*Possess effective communication skills and attention to detail.Desired Major & Graduation Date:Majoring in Chemical/Chemistry, Mechanical, or Material Science, pursuing an undergraduate degree with an expected graduation in 2025 or earlier. Candidates with an MS degree are also encouraged to apply. A plastic engineering degree would be a plus.Your success will be measured by: *Demonstrating commitment to project/tasks assigned to support the quality in Rockrimmon, actively contributing to project goals.*Leveraging your prior industrial internship experience, particularly within the semiconductor industry, to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.*Applying the experience and knowledge gained from prior industrial internship and courses/projects in college to effectively contribute to data-driven decision-making.*Exhibiting self-motivation and a proactive approach to learning, contributing to continuous improvements of completing the project goals.*Utilizing excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate and comprehensive project documentation.What We Offer:At Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
