Position Summary

EBI Consulting is seeking a full time Public Notice Coordinator to assist EBI's Telecom Services Group with the organization and tracking of public notice ads placed in newspapers throughout the country as part of the FCC NEPA and Section 106 consultation process. This is a great position for someone who is organized, has a strong attention to detail, and is a good communicator.

The position will report directly to the National Operations Manager and can either be a hybrid-based position for someone near our York, PA or Burlington, MA offices, or fully remote, with a preference for candidates already located in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic or Midwest. To be successful in this position you should already have an established office in your residence and comfortable working in that environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Submitting public notice ads to local and national newspapers
  • Making phone calls and/or other correspondences with newspapers to maintain ads are updated and accurate
  • Organizing and tracking public notice ads and ensuring that the appropriate documents are received from newspapers
  • Management of multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Qualifications and Capabilities

  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university preferred but not require
  • Less than 2 years of professional experience in environmental consulting preferred but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills, excellent communication, computer and internet skills, and exceptional time management skills
