Manager, People and Organization (Multiple Positions), Galaxy US Opco Inc. d/b/a Vialto Partners,
Boston, MA. Assist clients in developing effective tax minimization strategies by calculating cost
projections through myMobility/Tiger calculator. Perform complex tax research to assist clients with due
diligence memos, consult on projects covering over 50 countries globally, and develop tax planning
opportunities and strategies. Utilize specialized knowledge of Vialto proprietary tools to deliver tax
compliance services, advisory projects, employment tax, payroll consulting, tax equalization policy design,
equity income consulting, tax health checks, and/or due diligence reviews. Coach and supervise
professional teams. Manage and maintain client relationships.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting,
International Business, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work
experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business
Administration, Accounting, International Business, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work
experience.
Certification(s) required: US CPA or foreign equivalent, or Enrolled Agent.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Conducting research to advise clients with respect to foreign country tax authority regulations, foreign
country tax laws, tax relief provisions, taxability of certain compensation benefits, tax relief provisions and business travelers, and other global mobility topics;
- Providing global clients with tax services related to foreign tax law, social security advisory services,
employment, tax, and payroll-related consultancy;
- Preparing estimated and actual taxes, identifying tax gross-ups as part of the review and analysis of
foreign tax returns; and
- Conducting tax cost projections for clients to enable them to evaluate the cost of the assignment.
100% telecommuting permitted.
Domestic and/or international travel up to 20% is required.
