We are seeking a Professional Services Manager with a focus on Program Development to guide our customers through the crucial setup of internal processes and procedures that ensure their success. This is a strategic role that involves creating service offerings that we can bring to our customers and generate revenue for the organization.

This role involves helping customers who are ready to invest in technology but require organizational readiness. Responsibilities include advising on internal communications, policies, and procedures, and delivering this support through a structured 4-week program of remote workshops and meetings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, documenting, and delivering these enablement sessions, playing a key role in preparing our customers for operational success.

Our Professional Services team is composed of well organized and strategic thinkers. Strong communication skills are important as this role will require you to present to senior leaders and provide recommendations with the requisite justification. This is a great position for a self-starter who's looking for an opportunity to work collaboratively with our customers long term. Professional Services is a strategic priority for Bitsight, and this role will be highly visible to the senior and executive level. This role will report directly to our VP of Professional Services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Comprehensive Programs: For each Bitsight offering, design a detailed 4-week enablement program tailored to assist customers in setting up essential internal processes and procedures.

  • Facilitate Remote Workshops: Organize and conduct remote workshops and meetings as part of the customer enablement program to ensure effective delivery of guidance and support.

  • Create Documentation: Generate clear and comprehensive documentation for all processes, workshops, and policies to be implemented by the customer.

  • Guide on Internal Communications: Advise customers on establishing and improving internal communications to support the integration of new technologies and processes.

  • Establish Policies and Procedures: Help customers create and refine their policies and procedures to align with their organizational goals and the new technologies they are implementing.

  • Monitor Program Success: Track the effectiveness of the enablement program and make adjustments as needed to meet customer needs and enhance their readiness.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with customer stakeholders to ensure the enablement program is aligned with their specific requirements and challenges.

  • Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct informative and engaging training sessions as part of the enablement program to ensure customers are well-prepared to utilize their new systems.

  • Ongoing Process Improvement: Continuously adapt and iterate on the programs we deliver.

  • Report Progress and Outcomes: Regularly report on program progress and outcomes to internal teams and stakeholders, providing insights into customer satisfaction and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Preferred Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in program development, project management, or a related field, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in designing and implementing enablement programs, particularly involving technology integration and organizational change management.

  • Strong Facilitation Skills: Experience in leading workshops and training sessions, with the ability to engage and educate diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Documentation Expertise: Excellent documentation skills to create clear, comprehensive guides and reports.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to all levels of an organization.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to diagnose issues and develop actionable plans to resolve them.

  • Customer Focus: A strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to providing exceptional guidance and support to clients.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt strategies and approaches in real-time to meet dynamic customer needs.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with the latest technologies and digital tools used in program development and delivery; comfortable with using and guiding others in technology-driven environments. PMP certification is a plus.

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is US$100,000 to $120,000 annually for US-based employees. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Bitsight's good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant.
