The Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard is the world's leading biomedical research institute dedicated to the mission of using the power of genomics to transform the understanding and treatment of disease. The Manguso Lab at the Broad Institute applies functional genomics for in vivo discovery of novel cancer immunotherapy targets. The lab includes a multidisciplinary team of scientists, computational biologists, and research associates that use cutting edge techniques including but not limited to genetic screens using CRISPR, preclinical murine models for immunotherapy, gene therapy, and system biology approaches to improve our understanding of tumoral mechanisms of immune evasion. We seek a creative and independent postdoctoral associate to join our team and lead a self-directed project that dovetails with these aims. The candidate will pursue his/her own project within the group, collaborating with existing lab members or new hires as needed to advance the project.
