The District Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the growth of METTLER TOLEDO Rainin products and services to customers within the assigned district. The position is responsible for the leadership and supervision of an assigned team of sales representatives. This position may have a Supervisor reporting to them with direct responsibility for a portion of the team.

Create, plan and implement service growth strategy in collaboration with sales reps to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets for service products and solutions Drive sales effectiveness by ensuring adequate service selling skills for sales team through training, coaching the team in formulating sales plans, in negotiating and developing customer segment expertise.
